tC Rear Hatch Rattle!

Hey guys, I believe its the custom wing that is rattling when I hit bumps, because it was not there before I had it installed... Anything you can think of to get it at least dampened?!? Its kind of embarassing...

i had this same problem on my 07 TC. But i did not have a wing. A lot of people seemed to be having a problem with the trunk spring lifts. When the trunk was closed they rattled around inside the housing. When i purchased my 2010 tc i no longer have this problem. What you can do is pull one off and close it and shake it and see if it makes noise. They actually make gas spring lifts that i heard work well. They go for like $50 a set. Hope this helps

plus the little rubber stoppers on the sides shift down after a while and cause the hatch lid to rattle....I have to adjust them every few months on Christina's RS1
