You'll need to pull all the panels out, and take out the piece that is covered.
You will need a drill to get the plastic rivets that hold it together out.
Then you'll have to get a GOOD upholstery glue, and fabric, and go to town.
Take your time while applying the fabric to keep it smooth. Its kind of a pain in the butt, but worth it.
Then you will need some small screws to attache the piece back to the rest of the door panel.
Thats the short version. :)

There is a full write up of how to do it with pictures and all. I am trying to find it now and when I do, I will post the link in here.

There you go! Scroll down a little for the directions on how to take it apart. I am about to fabric mine within the next two months.

Thanks a lot guys but someone said that you didnt have to take the panels off at all and just take the new stuff over top the old stuff!! Is there truth to that??

I've heard of people just forcing the fabric into the seam with a screw driver but honestly if u want a well done job I would take the time to remove the panel and go through all the steps, u will be much happier when it's said and done!

I crammed it with a butter knife... haha. It actually turned out pretty damn good.
I didn't own a Honda though. '94 Bonneville. :(

I did mine a little differently on my 06..
I pulled the panel out and took out that section by melting the plastic "rivets" with a soldering iron. I tried to take the old fabric off, and I realized that it just tears, and would leave a rough surface, so I just laid my new fabric on the old stuff. I put the panels back in by re-melting the plastic and holding it together like glue.
Turned out pretty good but I used shitty glue, so air pockets developed and had to be redone. USE GOOD GLUE!
