I want to buy a body kit for a 2008 tc but I know that fitment is a problem with some kits out there. The Extrem dimentions Duraflex kits claim to be very flexible, but their a fiberglass compond. They have very good prices on full four peice kits under $1000.00 So are they really that good?

Ummmmm, if you are looking for a body kit, all fiberglasses is almost the same there are some that withhold stronger than others. I had a neon with buddy club 2 kit, and it looked awesome, but also there is a lot of maintenance that needs to be associated with it.
1. how low are you to the ground
2. are you willing to scrape
3. money to paint
4. fiberglass is hard to paint and may not come out perfect
5. not all kits bolt on, some may need modification with brackets
6. once its cracks you need to take it to a shop that is experienced in molding fiberglass
7. area you live in, is the road dangerous.
There is a lot more, I just got the NIA kit painted and installed, I has only been two days and im just waiting for the first scrap dent, chip, because I know its going to happen.
I suggest and get a polyurethane kit, spend good money and you will same your time and money in the long run. A good kit painted well is going to run you about 2k
Unfortunately im poor so I go for what I can afford. Hey buts its your car you do what you like other than that more power to you just make the right choice .

his post count is low he is a newbie. as far as the kits go the poly sounds like the best way to go. not as agressive but smooth none the less.

From experience....
No matter what kit you get be prepared to pay the body shop more for a 9 out of 10 fit....
No kit fits like stock.....

Thanks for the heads up guys I wasn't sure what to do here I think I will save my money and go poly cause I would like to do it myself and have it painted at the shop. I dont want to have to do alot of trim and cutting.
