Scion at the MN State Fair

Ok, so I spoke with Kendall (our Scion rep) and he said that as of right now, Scion has no plans to have anything at the MN State Fair. So, I guess we are out of luck in working for them this year. Who knows, maybe it'll change a couple weeks before. If it does, I will let you know.

The cost for a booth is about $40,000 and Toyota is not even having a booth so Scion is out also...

The reason is the local dealers actually pay for the booth and supply the works and at the last dealer principle meeting they all decided that they do not want anything to do with the State Fair this year...

Just another way to FUCK the people who work for them... And thats why I am looking for another job...

Also when I spoke with Kendall he said that there would not be any changes and is going to stop up at the end of this month and I am going out with him to talk about a Scion owners/ Club event...

And I also spoke with him about what is going on in the club and what happened in our chapter and we will talk more when he gets here to see if Scion still wants to work with the club...

Yea there is little dealer participation here in OKC ... but alot of private support....

Kary and I have talked about a show up here. Once we both have some time, I think he and I will sit down and really go over what we can do, and were we could have it. also, cover accomodations such as hotels and food and drink vendors.
