Is it rubbing the splash guard in the wells? Might be rubbing since the springs settled.

I have had my wifes car dropped 2 inches on Eibach springs for a while now and never heard a peep out of the front end. She has 17's.

I didn't have that till my splash guard got ripped off by a DEEEEEEEP crevice between a road and a parking lot. I'm on Progress springs (2" drop).
Well I have no rubbing issues, but I run TRDs and 17's...
If you get under and take a good look inside your wheel wells and at your tires it should be apparent where they are rubbing if they are.

I'm on DF210s and I've got no problems at all... I'm even tuckin' in the rear from the weight of the system.
Maybe you need to have your rack/power steering system looked at...

I don't think it is the "rack" or "power steering" as it is just an electric motor on the steering column under the dash. Does this noise happen very consistantly when steering in both directions? does it only happen with the wheel at full turn or just a specific point in the turn? If the sound is coming from the middle of your car I would suspect the plastic inner fenders as well. How much clearance do you have from tire to fender? If there is less than a couple of fingers you may be rubbing the fender.

HI AMANDA I have been dropped a little after I met you and I have a rubbing issue on the lef tire, only on hard turns, I already had a big ass hole on the splash guard after I didn't istall the splash guard right when I did my CAI. When I got my tires taken off I looked and it rubs on the inside part of the splash guard, I haven't seen any damage to my tire so I am hoping its plastic.
