You'll have to dismount the rubber and TPMS sensors of your stock setup, install the TPMS sensors on your new rims, and then re-mount the tires to the wheel and take it from there.
This is, of course, assuming that those sensors will be able to mount to the new rims. (Mine did, but I have a different mfg of the wheels)
If they can't be remounted on the new setup, the only problem you'll have is that the stupid (_!_) indicator will not go off and it won't affect anything at all. The circut is active and no simple fuse removal will deactvate the indicator. :(

OK the 18 x 7.5 is the size and width of the rim
I have no idea what the 305 means ... you will need to find out what the offset of the rim is in order to determine if they will fit. Or simply mount one tire and rim on the front and hope for the best.
Size doesn't matter ..lol much, the xD will accept 19" rims easily with the proper offset, thats the game changer ...
