Alright so i have a 2006 tC and it has stock headers and exhaust, i'm thinking about buying a cat back exhaust system from megan racing, and either DC 4-1 headers or Megan Racing Headers. I don't want it to sound too raspy or like a ricer.
What do you think?

first thing is to also buy anothe resonator to weld into your cat-back, cause it doesn't matter what combo you get, a header will make it sound raspy. you will also need an o2 sensor anti-fouler or you will end up with a check engine light from the rear sensor. personally i have the tsudo cat back and i love the way it sounds, its cheaper than most other brands you'll just need to get the rear hangers rewelded, or it will hang too low.

first, it's header. no "s". We have 4 cylinders. There is one header.
Personally I prefer DC over Megan Racing. If I were to get a new header, I'd go with alphaworks.
I'd youtube the Megan Racing exhaust. Find some vids up with the people revving.
Also.... careful not to melt your bumper with the exhaust.

i think he means like a honda with a stock exhaust and a giant fart can muffler. the definition of ricer has changed over the years with the huge amount of import cars on the scene.

Out of the 2, DC all the way.

The DC stuff is used on Dan Gardner's Road Race car and has survived a few race seasons of solid abuse.
