I have an email into the guy to try to answer some questions, like not doing the parade, just the show, and where the event is taking place at. Will post more info when I hear something...

More info, here is the email I just got from Ron, also added that there will be a $100 cash prize to all 1st place winners. Post up if you wanna go and we will set up a meet up spot.

Hi Rob, thank you for the reply. sorry about the short notice:( no u do not have to do the parade, the event is being held at 523 e. 3rd st. , The Dalles , or. 97058--Griffith Scion/Toyota/Honda. ANY scions are welcomed. we have classes 4all:). also let me know how many are coming, because i can get a $25 chevron gas card for each of you. should help a little with fuel charges. Again ANY and ALL scions are welcomed. Rob your Scion, the xd will be a great addition to the show. I'll await to hear from you. Damn, thats this Saturday huh?? What time? I have puppy training classes @ 2pm so I might not be able to make it :(

Show starts at 1pm and over by 3pm, nice and short. I'd like to get a group of at least 5, if not more. Gotta support the dealerships that give back. Understand if you have prior engagement Ashley, puppy classes are important too, lol.

Congrats to Dexter for cleaning house today, lol. He took home best modified and peoples choice trophies, each came with $100 cash, way to go Dex. We had a great time today. The dealership went out of their way to make sure that everyone had a good time, BBQing up burgers and dogs, ice cold pop, swag bags and great hospitality. This is an annual event and they will be letting us know a little sooner next year. Oh, I did take best stock, which came with cash also. More pics...

Just a note, the corperate cars were not in the show, the tC, Wasabi xD and the painted xB2.

Thanks Rick. They are hoping to build on this each year. They will be moving to a new store in a year or two and hope to be able to handle up to 100 cars and a weekend full of events, we will see. Hoping that we get more of a heads up next year so that we can get some modded cars there. They were giddy about my car, I can only imagine how they would react with some decked out tC's and boxes slammed to the ground, lol.
