I have the TRD clutch from the dealer (you probably already knew that) and you can really tell the difference when you shift. You get a one-year warranty on the clutch and it doesn?t void anything on the car because the dealer installs it.
If it's not a Scion accessory, you will have to go elsewhere to get it installed and some shops I won?t even let near my car. It?s really up to you what you want, I would stay TRD cause I know and love it.

if your not gettin a new flywheel, make sure you get your stock one resurfaced during the install.
also make sure the new clutch assembly comes w/ the P.P, Disc, and TOB
