In both my tC and my sister's xB2 we drilled a hole in the back seat and put a bolt down for the ground. It's really not that bad if you find a good spot. If you don't want to do that the bottom of the seatbelt where it bolts on would probably work.

I have my amp under my passenger seat in my 10 xB. I grounded it to the seat frame, and at the same time made it so I can no longer slide the seat forward or backwards! I just havent changed it, but it worked. I had to use a screw and a but to get it to hold in since there were plenty of small holes to mount the wire too, but no bolts. so it can be done, fairly easily, but you wont be able to move your seat.

find a clear spot on the floor, scrap off the paint and then shoot a self tapping screw though your ring terminal. just make sure that there is nothing under the car you will screw into. the key is the paint not being there so you get a good connection
