The luminics are good bulbs..I got a cool blue bulb off of Ebay that worked really well and cheap, Jyl got some at Wal-Mart and they look good too.

Try the Silverstar "Cool Blue" Bulbs. You can pick them up almost anywhere. (Wal-Mart, NAPA, Auto Zone etc.)

Def go with Silverstars.

To be honest though - all colored halogen bulbs suck, and they tend to burn out quickly. Save a little and get HIDs

xenonlink.com - $130 HID kits.

I had a $360 McCulloch kit and it stopped working within 8 months...never again. Price doesn't equal quality with HID kits. Plus for $130, you can replace the kit almost 3 times before you pay for one mcculloch kit - and the xenonlink kits still have a one-year warranty on bulbs and ballast. Definitely the way to go.

Cool Blue bulbs are hardly blue...they're a little "less yellow" than standard halogens, but for $15-$20 a set, it's a rip off. And they last maybe 6 months.

i have the nokya blue bulbs in my xb (1 yr), and before that they were in my civic (approx 2 years). they are cheap, easy and very blue. as long as your greasy fingers don't touch the bulbs they should be good for awhile
