Wheel Conversion??

I am sure this is doable, but has anyone converted their xB from the 4 lug 4x100 to a 5 lug wheel?? Is there a setup you can just buy or is it complicated?

Just wondering if there is something that will fit on our current wheel setup or if we would have to do a whole new caliper/wheel assembly set up?

Just curious because there are a lot more wheel choices out there if we can get out of the 4 x 100.

There are only a few people running conversions. Most just run adapters and call it a day. Plenty of wheel options in 4x100...

Not really for what I am looking to do with my ride. I checked out those adapters though, that might work

If you go with adapters check out Adaptec Speedware. (http://www.adaptecspeedware.com) Hear a lot of good things about that brand in the VW community.

Also, check with the member DomoArigato. See him on clubxb and the Squad site sometimes. He drilled his factory hubs to 5x100 not to long ago. Might be able to give you some more info. :up:
