New bumper

So last night i came out of a restaurant to see a chunk of paint missing from my bumper. Somebody nailed my car and drove off. Am I pissed? Hell yea.

Anyways, nothing i can do about it.
Now my question. I remember hearing that replacement scion bumpers come color coded from the factory. I dont remeber where i heard it, but is it true? I mean the dealer wants $240 for it but they just said no they dont come painted. But in my experience i have noticed that the people working at dealers dont know anything. If it doesnt come painted then i'm pretty much boned. I can get the bumper for under $100 if an aftermarket replacement is made but the paint is killer.

I had some marks and stuff on the side, and the dealer wanted $1500 to paint it, but I had another shop do it (and some bondo repair stuff) for $350. not bad. I believe the lip kits and spoilers come prepainted, but I don't think other body parts do.

Yea i wasn't expecting to be in there long since i didnt like the girl who invited me. Ended up playing 3 games of pool and came out to it. My alarm went off and everything (i could tell cuz when i unlocked it it beeped like 123453453 times). I'm thinking about getting rid of the scion security and investing in a remote start/pager system.
