I wrapped my sub box in felt tonight - what a pain. Put the speakers in along with the amp - looks pretty good if you ask me!

And for those of you who can't tell, I specifically designed the box to work with the cargo cover in place, and as you can see - the box is designed to fit the contour of the cargo cover - it's the details that count lol.

Anyway - let me know what you think...I dunno when I'm gonna put it in my car - someday when I'm not so lazy. Oh, and check out my awesome new addition to the box - the amp head. I'm gonna wire it up to my signal input so I can plug in the strat and jam out at car shows lol...should be badass when it's done.

Looks good. Be careful hooking up the guitar. You may have an impedence mismatch, and could possibly damage the amp or subs.

The output/signal wires from the guitar amp head are the same gauge as my speaker wires, and my plan was to just tap them into the signal wires leading to my new amp...do you think that will cause a problem?

I'm not hooking that up until I get a power inverter, because the amp head won't work on a 12v DC system. And I won't hook it up at all until I know it will work correctly.
