Ive actually had both and IMO
the vent ones (choice 2) are alot better, they were easier to install and just look alot cleaner, the top ones look kinda puny compared to the vent lights.
But to each his own

You should get these Ash.. You dont have a lip kit do you? Some of the lip kits you have to cut in order to get the air damn fogs in.. But you should be good...

I personally think that the OEM fog lights look like they shouldn't be there. I like the ones that go in the side vents. The big ones like those in the choice 2 pic, and the smaller ones that go back in the recesses. I'm partial to the smaller ones for the faux vents, but they only come with a bright-ass-white/metal housing...

I have APT foglights, the smaller style ones that go in the corners. Great light output, even before I put HIDs in them. I like them better than the larger, striped, flush mounted corner fogs. And I've never liked the OEM lights.
These are APT

Hmm.. Never realized they had two styles.. Always thought they only made the flush mount ones.. I like those better as well!
Nate, where can you get some of those fogs?

Ebay.
I would buy them, but the white doesn't work for me. I need to buy some VHT Night Shades.
