what do i need to paint my lip kit!

i have a 2005 black sand pearl scion tc and i just ordered a lip kit... i decided to paint it myself 1 so i can learn how to paint and 2 save me some money... well first what basecoat do i need and what type of paint urethane acrilic...and where do i get it...if the lip kit comes out good i also want to do my bumper....i have a spray gun for my compressor already and i know somewhat how to paint but i want this to look almost professional

if i were u i would go to a junk yard to purchase an cheap plastic part (it doesnt matter what it is) and practice on that. because u dont want to mess up the lip cuz they are pretty pricey.

If matching BSP is anything like matching FM, it may be to your benefit to have it professionally painted. Just my .02. Your going to spend a decent amount of money on products, primer, thinner, reducer, paint, etc. anyway.

Yea it will be easier to have it done by someone else. I have a BSP also and have tried some of the so called BSP paints, none of them are worth it. They come out a flat black with no flake what so ever.
