Ok guys and girls...need your opinion
the tires on my tC are about ready to go, 27000 miles on them, and they are starting to get visibly worn out.
So, I'm asking for opinions on which ones to get. The standard size is 215/45/17, so I'm trying to stick with those.
Ideas?

Whatever you get, make sure they're all season...

I've had my tires for 47,000+ miles and they look and feel worn out. I freek'n hydroplaned on a midget 1 foot wide puddle the other day!!
I asked around for a quote on Bridgestone Potenza All Seasons today and they're asking for a bout $1025 for 4 wheels. Well there goes my wallet. But safety first. This will definitely make me think twice before chirping the wheels at stop lights.

there not bad i just got them put on the two days ago...way better than before cuz i had two front tires that were bald and its the first time i actually had all 4 new tires on my car its so nice no vibrations or anything...They are basically like any tires on snow they grip cuz they are new but its not perfect ya know...if you go to a local discount tire they can price match any tires off of any website and you just have to pay what the shipping would be extra ya know...and it comes with discount tires warranty so if you hit a pot hole like i did and blow a tire out...just take em back and they will replace the tire

is that what you use Nick?
I'm just concerned with snow handling...I had Toyo TR-1s and they were decent enough for me

I have always had great luck with Kumho tires, both performance and all-season versions. They are also easy on the wallet.
Try some of these links for good places to buy tires

i use Nitto NT555's or Yokohama Prada
both are amazing sets of tires. the yokohama's will kill the wallet most likely but the nt's are a fairly sticky tire...
i put 225's on my 18's and it grips hella good.

I didn't like the Yokohama Parada tires. They seemed to perform poorly in the rain. Dry pavement grip was amazing though.
