What you want to look for is wheel spacers. I don't know where to get them b/c I've never searched for them, but they're pretty common. I'm sure someone else will be able to chime in and help you out better.

wheel spacers here:

As for what size you will need, I can't help you there. I'd check on SL. I'm sure there are several fitment/flush threads over there you can read through to find what you are looking for.

mine are flush with natural body of my car, no spacers were needed, if I am understanding what flush means. My tires are 225/40/R18 and my wheels are 18x17.5, I think 18x8 looks great also.

No one will be able to help you until we are given your wheel/tire specs. Need to know wheel size, width, offset and tire size.

A 7.5 wide wheel isn't going to set flush inless your running some serious spacers. You need to figure out the width and offest of your wheel, which is usually stamped on the inside of the rim. I'm running 9 wide wheels and a 225 tire which sits pretty close to flush. So if your rim is 8.5 or 9 wide you should be close to flush already, if its 7.5 your going to be stacking spacers on. Also if your dropped and your going flush your going to have to roll and cut your fenders. Correct me if I'm wrong. :)
