Classification Change?

Hey just wondering about this. Have asked a few people but no one really seems to know I guess besides the judges.

After being judged I noticed my classification had been changed from Twisted to Sciko. I recounted a ton of times and still only got a max of 11 points.

Couple others said there's was changed as well so just wondering what got it changed?

It was left up to the judges if they counted more or less mods then they could change the class...we no longer have the judges sheets..sorry..

I know last year I got bumped up, and this year we only had 2 in my class, but they bumped another person up cuz they gave 3 trophies out.

I would have love to have the Judge sheet returned to see what points were given and the notes taken by our Judges.

Yeah I just couldn't figure out what got me like 3-4 extra points.

Yeah unfortunately the judging sheets were thrown out. The judges were allowed to move classifications up or down as needed. Sometimes they were completely subjective :lol:

I did notice one tC that got jumped from Sane to Sciko and I couldnt figure out where the extra 10 points came from myself, though I also didnt have a class point sheet in front of me either.

This story is actually kind of funny... When Crabs and Uncle finished judging the tCs, they said we had to move a lot of cars... Then went, the top level is Twisted right? So, they flipped the two classes. Resulted in a lot of moves, but in the end it's just a word, cars were judged where they belonged and trophies went to the cars they judged best in each category (Meaning if you were Sciko, you got the Sciko Awards, we corrected it when adding the scores up). But for the entrants, seeing your sheet changed probably confused the heck out of many of you... LOL

If I get home and find that paper and it says I got bumped up I will be pissed. I think I trashed that paper but we will see come tonight.

I talked to Crabs and Uncle. They just confused the words.

I was registered as Twisted. When they judged my car they told me that they bumped me down and put me in the right catagory ... they wrote down sciko. They just switched them by accident.

I was really confused and talked to others and everyone agreed that it went sane,twisted,sciko BUT Crabs and Uncle told it was sane,sciko,twisted. No big deal. People were in the right classes at the end of the day.

I ended up getting 2nd in Twisted, which is the class that I belonged in. Even though they wrote Sciko on my sheet. They got it all straightened out.
