What do you mean exactly for a lowering kit. Springs or something else??
As to paint if you check the tech section there is a nice tutorial on how to paint pieces.

The easiest way to lower your car is to get lowering springs.
If you don't want a bumpy ride get TRD, Tanabe NF210s, or Tein H-techs...only bad thing with these is that they only lower about one inch, so it doesn't make a huge difference visually.
If you want a lower drop (2 inches or so) look into Goldlines, Tein s-techs, Tanabe DF210s. These look the best but will generally make the ride a little bit harsher

You need good paint for interior pieces.
There is a primer called bulldog that is made for plastic to help paint stick. Krylon makes a paint called Fusion that is made to bond to plastic.
You can paint pretty much anything you can take or tape off.......lol.
If you want to paint vinyl stuff like the visors use a paint called SEM, it works awesome.

Krylon Fusion is great if you're scared to get into too much, or if color match isn't important. It will bond without sanding or priming and it's pretty durable stuff. My yellow interior was all Krylon Fusion. (again, not a color match though)
My red interior, however...was a lot of work. And you probably couldn't do it unless you have the stuff. I used Bondo then sanded it down. I have a compressor and spray guns, so I made a "paint booth" in my garage with big plastic painters sheets and fans and went to work. A few layers of primer and more sanding, then a few layers of color and sanding, then a final layer of color and clear coat. It's a lot of work...and it's not cheap.
If you are looking for a cheap, easy DIY, go with Fusion.
SL's Tech section is it's only redeeming quality, so check that out sometime.
Problem solved!
