my new grill still in the works

So this is the new grill I am working on. Going to put a peice of frosted plexy inbetween the led and cutout and I am going to use white leds once I am done. I also have one drawn up with the SCIKOTICS logo on it i will post up the cad work tomarow.

in the 1st gen xB, air to the radiator flows through the bumper grills. the "grill" is actually fake with no holes at all...

Slim to none. I would have to have a steel mold made of the headlights so I could press form the 12ge stainless to fit the headlight. It would be sick as hell but way to much money to make happen.

Seriously, that's freakin' awesome. I was asking about ideas on how to do that a while back for the xb2. Any chance it could be done from your pov? If so, what are you thinking the cost would be?

I went from trying to have a professional company reproduce the grill in a metal format to thinking about trying a resin mold of some type. But honestly, I know jack about any of that.

Please let me know what your thoughts are concerning the validity of that design for the xb2.
