The wifes xB is getting racing seats, so i decided to take her old front seats and put them into the back end of my xB, right now, only one of her front seats has been removed. I took off the slider rails off her seats and going to remount them on the new racing seats. Im going to build a bracket setup in the back of my xB for the seats. heres a few pics of the progress.

Great idea. I think I might follow suit later on after my little one gets out of her car seat so I don't need the latch system anymore.

Aaron is too fu@king smart, Robyn. I think you better hang on to him.
I have never seen anything like it for the xB.
When you two come and visit...Aaron and I will be adding Stadium Seating to the xB! Maybe even add a scoreboard on the roof?

Very nice. I had wanted to do this but 1, couldn't find another set of seats, and 2, I didn't think they were going to fit width wise.

thanks for the comments. After hurricane rita down south, a neighbor gave me his ford probe that had a tree hit the rear, i salvaged some parts from it, tried the seats from it, no luck, they were to wide. But after noticing those brackets that were under the back seats of a xB, i knew that a differ seat could be mounted, otherwise, theres no reason those would be there, wether they are used in a bB in Japan or the Echo in the usa, no idear.

i got one seat installed. I used a square stock of aluminum and one on each underside of the seat. Then used U-clamps to tighten it all together. There were pre-drilled holes in the brackets. ill have posts up soon.
