does any one know if like 2006 and up bmw wheels would fit a scion tc, and if so how do you think they would look??

No, BMW x5 is 5x120
BMW 325 is 4x100

How can the BMW sit so low to the ground and still have like near 20" rims? Is it all in the wheel well?

yea they have a very low suspension
