My 2005 tC

So it has been a year since the wreck that took the drive-ability of my tC. I am now looking to sell it. I called a local salvage yard, LKQ, and they were only willing to give me $800 cash for it. I payed $23,*** for the car when it was new. Also, the car only has 67,000 +/- miles on it. So now to the point, would it be better to sell the tranny and engine seperately and then try to get the $$$ for the body at a salvage yard, or take the big hit and just sell it for the $800. I even thought about contacting World Racing and see if they wanted to buy it for the $800 and build it up for a new race car. Any help is much appreciated.

If ya have the time and want to go through the hassle, parting it out will get ya some extra bucks for sure. It sometimes becomes a pain shagging all the calls, etc., though.
