Hey, Im new to this club/forum thing. My name is Matthew and I live in Winter Park, FL. Its near Orlando. I own a 06 Scion xb with Injen RAI, K&N filter, (soon to install) Greddy DT exhaust, Progress lowering springs. I'm hopeing to meet some new people and learn a many of things.

the rudy luther one of the dealers that help us out up here
and m&m is a audio shop but i dont have any car audio

and everthing in the pics that is color matched with carbon fiber pattern is from pattern tek like the engine cover and so on

VERY NICE!! I like that carbon fiber look. I couldnt afford something like that so I just painted everything. What color is your scion? It looks like there is more than one color. Is that stock color? If you dont mind me asking how much did you paiy for those carbon fiber parts.

:thx: for the complements.......it is the rs4 scion xb it is called torched penny that is factory color shift paint job mine is #784 of 2500 last production on the 1st gen xb....

Torched penny. Sounds like it would suck if you needed to find more matching paint.

Do you use your xb as a daily driver or is it just a show car? I love my scion but in my opion the factory paint job on my xb stinks. It chips and scratchs just by looking at it. Do you know anyone else who feels this way?

Stickypipe- i used to feel that way about my 05 blue onyx pearl, but i think that scion dose do a little better job on the rs line of cars. my car is a daily driver and i have some chips in the front but so far paint is holding up real good the car has about 18,000 miles on it in 1 year and i have driven it to ia, and ok last year for shows. what helps is when i go on a long road trip the front of the car gets wraped in 3m painters tape

THats pretty nifty. I never would of thought of that. Looks alittle time consuming. But i guess its cheaper than buying a bra or something.

Also when i looked at your pics i saw that your rims have matching colors on it. Did the rims come like that or did you have that done? It looks crazy.
