hi everyone!
the names elay. yes E-Lay- short for elizabeth (how and why? ask me n i'll tell) lol and my ride is a silver 05 tc stick dropped with an aftermarket exhuast, trd springs, factory 18 inch rims n lip. saving up for a supercharger or turbo. a need for speed i guess lol or maybe i just like how people just dont expect a girl like me to be in love with her car and want to fix it up.
For EX: Just the other night at the scion show in pasadena where i met some fellow scikos lol, i was introduced to a man, who i dont remember his name cause i have a horrible memory but it was funny because he automatically assumed that it was my boyfriend who was interested in scikotics and starting a new chapter in the area, so he shook his hand and introduced himself to him and just totally ignored me until i stopped him and said,"oh, hi, im elizabeth. I'm the one who was interested and i have the stick tc." and laughed about it while he gave this shocked look on his face. He was even more shocked to hear that my bf who looks like the typical azn dude from SoCal said he drove the new cobalt. LOL so i think we break the mold for anyone who grew up here, where i live n grew up, the azn dude is suppose to be drivin the fixed jap car while his gf stood around at the shows lookin cute n bored.
I think as a couple we certainly mixed things up a little, don't you think?
im excited about the scion culture that exist here and want to learn all i can. so if theres anyone who can help me, holla. Im trying to start a San gabriel chapter and would like some tips on how to move this process along. so far, i have some business cards n flyers that i put on random scions n finding out anyone i know whose interested. im here with open ears n will take in any knowledge anyone is willing to give.
