View Full Version : Any ideas on a remote?

Anyone have any ideas on a remote for the stereo? I know you need to have infa-red or something. But, just though I would ask...there is so much you can get for you car these days.
I have the stock stereo and i HATE changing the ipod artist and albums it is a serious pain in the butt.
My previous car and stereo and I had a remote and it was great with the ipod.


Anyway, any ideas- let me know.

i talked to my audio guy.... i don't think so unless you get a new head unit. sorry buddy

HERES A TRICK THAT MIGHT HELP YOUR PAIN A BIT
`HOLD THE POWER AND MENU BUTTON DOWN AT THE SAME EXACT TIME. AFTER ABOUT THREE SECONDS A SECOND MENU WILL POP UP. YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR IPOD FUNCTION TO DIRECT CONTROL AND YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT GOING BACK ON YOU. YOU CAN ALSO CHANGE THE COLOR OF YOUR RADIO IN THIS MENU. ALSO ENABLE YOUR SUBWOOFER FUNCTION.
