ok, the SoCal group will be rolling into the hotel around 3:15 - 3:30 so please save as many parking spaces as you can. Also, we will need to leave the hotel by 4:15pm as AlphaSquad is going to let us roll-in at 4:30pm. They are doing this just for us, nobody else. The rest of the clubs will not roll-in until 5:30pm.

I cannot wait for this event, it is going to be a blast.
