So i had a chance to time my Tc last night on a perfectly paved, empty street .

i did a total of 10 runs..

Here were the times, note that this is from 0 - 60 MPH

Keep in mind, i probably would have gained quicker speeds if the car was empty, this was done with a second person in the car that weighed approximately 165 LBS.

1. 7.81
2. 7.92
3. 7.58
4. 8.03 <<< Messed Up On Take Off - No traction
5. 8.12 <<< Messed up Again on Take Off - No traction
6. 7.85
7. 7.89
8. 7.93
9. 7.86
10. 7.83

I'm really bad at percentage and averages, so can someone tell me my average out of those numbers ?

7.834 if you don't count the 2 missed launches.
No bad considering modernracer.com lists it as 7.5 which is usually their best time, not the average.

How did you time it? Stop watch operated by the passenger?

yes stopwatch operated by passenger.

thats the reason i did it so many times, 10 total runs.

because i figured if i had the passenger in the car and he was bouncing around or was not paying attention to the stopwatch then it would be inaccurate, i tried it with 2 different passengers, each one with 5 runs, they all evened out in the 7.8 range ..

:-/ i think it's ok ..

i would to make it in the mid 6 range though .. then i'd be happy.

Nice. Is it completely stock? Or do you have any bolt-ons?

I think the Scangauge 2 can clock this as well....

it has DC Sports Headers, Modified Exhaust pipe at 2.50 inches instead of the stock 2.25 inches injen cold air intake and thats about it.

Wow...that much and and no 7.5 huh? wonder how much difference the passenger weight made. Stock tires?

Oh, and I don't think the scangauge II does that, cause my buddy has one and we could not find that function.
However, the dashawk does, as well as 1/4 mile times.
