Tail lights question.

Thinking about buying a new 2010 TC and was wondering if I could replace the new euro style taillights with the old Pre-07 all red taillight housings?

Anyone 100% sure on this?

The taillights fit no problem. It is if the 05-07 taillights come with/without the wire harness for the bulbs being the concern. I've heard that since the reverse light being in a different position the wire for the reverse light(08-10 model year) doesn't reach. I do have some 05-07 OEM taillights w/harness but haven't checked all the wiring out to confirm it but sounds probable. I read this on SL, might try there.

TYC's are universal. I gave my 09's to a buddy with an 07, they fit fine..

Did you give him the taillights with the bulbs and harness too? The OP is doing the other way around, -07 taillights onto -10.

I gave him the bulbs and harness with the tails.. It should work fine either way.. You may have to pull the one wire away from the others a little bit, but it will fit..

As long as you get the bulbs and harness along with the taillights then there's no issues. Maybe I worded my paragraph wrong, just make sure you get everything electrical along with the housing and you'll have no worries.

yea i have both kind and ive switched dem twice already so der shouldnt be any problem =)
