i tried to install my strut bar last night and i can't seem to get the 2 back screws to go into the bar. i was wondering if anyone else has used this particular bar and how they got it installed. i'd like to get this thing installed soon.

pm shadowbox from ft wayne. he has that same bar. i dont think he had any problems

Are you trying to install the strut bar with both black factory mounting plates still installed?

well, they are still on there....but i can't get the strut bar over the bolts to even begin to mount it...so they aren't in the equation right now.

Loosen all bolts up.... Jack the car up remove the bolts.

yeah, car definately feels different now. but the bar will be coming back off to become green soon. ;)
