Look in the engine compartment fusebox. That one should be the 7.5 amp fuse.
There are two. You can look through the side and see if the fuse is good or bad. Just use one of the spares that is in the box already. There is a little white fuse puller in the box too. Just place it over the fuse and squeeze when you pull the fuse out.

It's sooo simple, even a cave man could do it !!! LOL :md:
