There are actually two Scikotics chapters in Houston at the present time. ...Houston and North Houston. Both chapters are active. What part of Houston are you from?
Being a former TSE member, I can understand the frustration of inactivity! TSE Houston's inactivity is the main reason why EVERYONE comes over to the dark side! lol

Someone from Houston should then contact you and they eventually approve your membership once you've made the minimum number of meets/events to qualify.
