I'm totally down, and I'd be happy to take charge of it and organize some meet locations and such if you guys want. i am surprised that it took as long as it did for everyone to catch on to my post. i know there was an old chapter and a lot of drama. but if it was managed like the scionlife chapter around here, then there shouldn't be any problems, but with that there has to be a set of rules set up and people that are expected to respectively follow them. so provided everyone is cool with that i don't think there would be much of an issue.

ya i'm always up for a meet anytime. my work schedule is hella f'd up right now (i've been working days, nites and graveyards all in the same week) so weekends are best but fridays are our scion meet nites so come out to that next week in tacoma and we'll talk more.

i've decided to just get as many people together as possible, official meet or not. I'll sit in the parking lot alone if i have to (not that it will be very eventful but its the effort that counts). wheres a good half way point for us (whoever us is) to meet? Is Bellevue a good spot? maybe a park-n-ride, the one just off the 405/i-90 junction... i was thinking like 2 or 3pm... post if your coming. please and thank you. and in case this is the only post you've read in this thread so far... Did you know about the car museum in Tacoma? Apparently it started up while I was out of town so I haven't been to it yet. It's called the LeMay Museum methinks

went to the NWMotiv show today, there were a couple TC's, one was even for sale. Didn't take a close look but it did have a full rollcage, can't tell you color bc I'm colorblind. It was selling for about 20k

the front is still hella ugly but five axis made the back pretty sick

its also pretty funny about the front, I guess they got annoyed by people always taking off the front emblem, so they integrated it in the bumper hahaha fail

I saw it in person at a Scion event i had to RSVP for when I was living in San Francisco, the skirts are SYYYYYCCCKKKKK. The base model is *snore.* lots of awkward corners, derno what direction they want to take Scion as a brand but I don't like it. Usually I like a new concept until everything else starts to look like it, but on the other hand if I don't like a design and everything follows the same trend, it ends up blending into a big pile of meh.

Ah, I used to work at a Honda dealership over in Bremerton and I had to go up there to pick up things. It is a junk yard for honda's with tons of parts. I wish they had one for scions since I still need a side skirt thanks to the previous owner of my car.

I want a less rounded front lip, but i want it to look stock..., not like i could fly to japan... something more vertical that will hug the ground better...any suggestions, because google will only show me ones that have WAYYYY to much plastic and vents and unnecessary LED's etc..

As far as lips I am just going with the racingsolution carbon fiber lip. That is the only one I have seen that I like. There aren't too many lips out there that I have seen.

That is because it takes 2-3weeks go get the car from here to there. I wasn't paying the extra 600$ to have my car guaranteed shipped. Nearly 1100$ is already bad enough. Nothing on this island is cheap.

i was told by a guy one time, that if i could get a mini excavator over there, i could work for a life time. haha. apparently theres a shortage there. so the rental costs are ridiculous

It has gotten worst over here. Caterpillar is about the only industrial equipment place left here. There was a Mack truck dealer that is now gone. Plus the construction jobs are short to come by here. Construction is starting to pick up but not a lot. Plus over here most of the equipment being used is old as can be. I have seen some stuff that has to be 20-30yrs old if not older. There are plenty of forklifts though.
