which paint type is better?

So there is this color i really like
made by a company called Trinity 1945
and it comes in 3 differnt types

Acrylic Urethane (http://www.paintforcars.com/kitu_hotpink.html) and
Acrylic Laquer (http://www.paintforcars.com/alp_hotpink.html)

and i was just wondering which one is the best choice?
this color is a bright neon pink. they are all linked to their type :)
