As the owner of a new xB, I would tell you to consider this.

Do you intend to get a factory warranty?

If the answer is "no," get a base one, and mod it as you wish.

If the answer is "yes," then I would ask for the TRD equivalant upgrades you want installed at the dealership either before you pick it up, or add them as your budget can afford. (Ask for all the parts that they remove too, you may want to make it stock again someday.)
