just thought i would drop by and introduce myself. My name is Graeme and I just purchased my first black Xb on Aug 13th (i think) after having a '02 VW Beetle w/turbo.
I was coming home from work, looked at my warning lights and the engine light switched on because the timing belt snapped and everything went with it with a pretty hefty price to fix it and my warranty ended 2,000 miles earlier, but lucky for me, someone was able to find an engine and bought the non-running car from me.
I almost tried getting a xB in 05, but in someways, i'm glad i didn't, because i like the power the '08 has after driving the VW for 3 years. I also looking in to a used 07 tC w/5,000 miles on it 2 weeks before my car died when picking up a new used car for my girlfriend.
It is as stock as you can get, but i couldn't afford to get anything done with it because of the old loan being rolled in to the new one, but I'm hoping to put my own personnal touches on it sooner than later.
I know everyone has seen the 08 xB's, but i'll be getting a picture of mine up online soon.
