Just look up the Infinity G35 spoiler on google or something. It's the one WITHOUT the taillight on it.

On that note .... does anyone know if the last gen Celica factory spoiler's fit the tC? Like th posts fitting on the trunk, and the wing itself not being so short it looks retarded? I dont mind working the bases to fit the trunk curves. It's something I've wondered for a while now, been meaning to stop and measure one like at a dealership, but just havent gotten around to it.
It looks tacky as all hell in my mind, but I wonder if the TRD celica spoiler fits, it might look good with a body kit?

Thats what custom is all about, making something that doesn't fit your car fit and look good, kinda like cadillac tail lights on an xB ... :ponder:

I would be willing to make a drive. For two reason.
1. To pick up spoiler
2. Hang out with some awesome scikotics from H-Town.
Wouldn't be able to get it till september anyways. I spent all my loan money on the misses B.

dang thats a hook up.... do they have to drill holes in your car? bc i dont think i want holes :( double sided tape sounds good like the 350z stillen model spoiler
Krdshrk
07-06-2006, 10:18 PM
Something heavy like that would require holes.
cu0ngsayz
07-06-2006, 10:21 PM
really its real heavy? bc the 350z stillen spoiler isnt that heavy but if i have to i guess its a must... but if anyone know any diff way to put it on without holes let me know thanks...

You don't want any spoiler that size to be held on with just 3m tape, honestly....
A lip spoiler is fine... but something that size... no way man... common sense.

Honestly take it from me I have friends that steal for a living and for the sport of it. Do not put a wing on (aside from a lip spoiler) with just 2 sided tape.. I have seen a friend rip a TRD wing right off a celica by yanking on it hard enough. @ sided tape will just make it easier for them...
Atleast bolt it on tight in as many places as the wing allows that way if someone does try to take they will f it up and still wont get it..

I agree go with bolts never just tape.

Good idea! Celica spoiler on a tC!

I've been wondering this for soem time, I actually think the normal spoilers usually seen on the GT models would be clean. I posted some questions abot this on someone else's spoiler thread, didnt get much response I dont think.
so again I ask, dimensions wise, do the posts line up to the tC hatch, and is the wing itself wide enough? Now if the Celica wings are normally taped on than I'm going to walk around yanking lol and answer the question myself. Just gotta find a white celica
:rofl2:
