Hallo thar!

I'm new here, well...sort of. I was a 'groupie' and knew some people in the ECC and hung out during meets. I have my own Scion now (Yay toaster=<3) and am very excited :)! I'm going to be in the Killeen/Temple TX area till August then I'll be back in the ECC area. Not sure what to do about trying to join a chapter (didn't see one near the area I'll be in for awhile, I guess I'll wait till I get back on the Emerald Coast.) Hope to make some friends here!!

Glad you finally got your box, Brendan! If you are going to be headed back to ECC soon, I would just stay At Large until you get back there. But definitely hook up with anyone near you for meets. Maybe you can help a chapter get started there, if you find enough people.

And don't mind Phil. He always greets people a little weird.

Thanks for the advice, that's probably my best bet. I looked thru the chapters and didn't see anything near my area (unless I over looked it). I thought about maybe trying to start one in that area (Be there till August or September). Definatly want to get in with ECC when I get back to FL if they'll accept me, I'll be there for a long time before I go back to TX.

Hah-hah, I wasn't sure what was going on with that hello; I was wondering if I said something wrong or offended somehow.
