Let's talk about dropping.

I'm starting to get to the point that I'm thinking about dropping my xD. What I'm wondering is how low I should go. I have really had my eyes on a set of S-Techs but I doubt I can run 18's (225/40/18). Basically either do a radical drop and keep the stock tire size or reduce the drop....hmm.

You can run 18's on S-techs, even on Louisiana roads!
I have df210's, which have the same rear drop and only a hair less in front. I'm running 18x8 wheels with +45 offset and 225/40 tires. Have had no rubbing issues and been on them over 2years now.
You should be good to go!
