hid xtra install help

Really just need to know how the three wires on the 3 prong headlight plug are situated.....I can't get my ish to fire up right...I either get hids on w my "hi beam light on" all the time...or I get no hi beam and no hid lol....wtf?

Help a nuggah out pls....
