1. First thing you do is tape up what you don't want painted..for example your reverse lamps and other plastic what nots you don't want to get painted.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v646/flpnosk8er/2-1.jpg
2. now DRY sand it so that the paint can stick to the taillamp...make sure after you sand it you wipe the taillight so that no dust particles stick to the tails.

you still following?? good!
Now...........
3. LIGHTLY spray the Krylon Stained Glass Spray Paint on the taillight then wait for it to dry....it would take probably around 15mins depending on what time of day you are working.

4. Wetsand the taillights to take out any imperfections on the first layer...trust me there will be alot of them (be carefull don't dip the taillight in the water!)

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you reach desired color of the tails. Make sure that in between wet sanding you let the paint dry! Don't rush!
6. After repeatedly wetsanding and removing imperfections on the paint it is time to peel the tape that you put to cover up what you didn't want painted.

7. Now spray that tails with some clear coat after its nice and dry! Make sure you let the clear coat dry before moving on to step 8.

8.Wetsand the imperfections of the clear coat.
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 until desired gloss is acheived..
