Import Alliance Summer - July 17-18

Spring meet was two days ago and had a turn out of over 1300 cars. Summer meet is supposed to be huge and this is their 5th year. I'd like to get A LOT is Scions to invade this meet.

IA started as a Honda only event and has opened up. Last fall we even saw a few domestics cruising around, J-body Chevies and SRT-4s. I'd love to show what Scion can do. If we seem interested I'll post more about it around here, talk to people on ClubxB, ClubtC, YSTC, maybe even the dreaded SL and SE.

theres a local show and slamology that weekend so i dont know if i'll go to that or not. i'll probably go to the local show.

I'll probly go if a bunch of us are. Fall meet was decent but the summer meet usually Rado attends and races. I'd like to go just to meet him haha.

Hmm. Idk really. It's a toss up. IA as scions I know there'd be more there than the fall meet but lol. We'd have more club turn out probly for a local show. As far as our chapter anyway.

That's part of the reason I want to go to IA, represent the brand even is it is 75% Honda. The import/spocom sceene is more my thing than slamed out rides. Especially since Honda has gone clean style over crazy body kits and 18s.

Although it would be nice to show locally, too. Help local people find out more about us.

Ok just got off the conference call with Scion reps and panel members, nothing definitive so we're making moving forward with dates scheduled. The contract is in Cali waiting on lawyer munbo jumbo stuff but we don't forsee anything that can't be worked out lol. Make plans for the middle of the month in July If you want to go to Exposed don't plan on attending IA, figure it out for yourselves

well for anyone that still wants to come down and rep scion with me.. just let me know.. im still gonna be there for it cause i been to IA every year since it started and slowly making more scion peeps come help rep since i got mine. I think Deek is planning on driving all the way up from LA to show up for IA.

hey guys whatss goin on im from evensville drive an xb was wondering if u guys were gonna go to this show. there are not many scion guys rollin around here that are into a car club scene id like to meet up with some of u guys at the show if any way possible....
