emergency brake indicator

my fiance's tC's hand brake indicator randomly goes on and off... any ideas as to why this happens? the brake isnt being pulled ad she doesnt do anything to provoke the situation. she has an 08 with 30k miles.

Check the brake fluid level. It's probably low.

when mine did this i took it to the dealership and they said it just needed flushed as it was topped off so as above said add some fluid if the less bit low and if that dont work get it flushed

get it flushed? does it still hurt?.... just put some fluid, this will eliminate the problem
