tow hooks...

does anyone know where i can get the tow hook that attatches to the back? i know the car comes with one for the front but where can i get one that fits on the back?

Take the one for the front screw it into the back....

I know that on the first gen xb the front and back use the same hook!! The tc is the same way....sooooo I cant see them saying you need 2 different ones on the 2nd gen xb!!!! Have you checked to see if it fit or worked in the front? If you needed 2 different ones the Scion would have provided you with them both. Just my .02 cents!!

ill check the manual again...but i get only one hook and i know that one goes in the front...the back one i remember looking different cause there is no opening in the rear bumper for it...it attaches somewhere underneath...

You have to remove the small square panel for the rear bumper. Then you screw the tow hook into it.

By the way, Glenview is where my favorite Auntie lives. She lives a couple of blocks away from the Jewels-Osco that's next to a Bagel Shop and a LaSalle Bank? Something Frenchy sounding.

i found it in the rear...not what i was expecting it to look like..i thought it was one that stuck out past the bumper..its actually undeneath the car pointing down...oh wells...
