Digital Climate Control...

Ok, so I know the ist has a digi climate option. Here's what I want to know, are the US cars similar enough to make this an easy swap? My sister just got an xD a couple months ago.(First sold by PC Toyota apparently?) And I would love to get her this swap as a Christmas present.

the waterfall is identical
our three knobs are vents on the left w/ the AC button, fanspeed and circulate in the middle, and temp on the right w/ rear defrost button.

You'd have to get all 3 ist inserts, of course, and controllers since I doubt it'll just hook directly. if you go through with this you'll have to keep us in touch

The original image was right hand driver, it's just mirrored in paint. Trying to make it look more like what I imagine the final project would look like when it's done on an xD.

The push button start is kinda neat too...

but yea, thats the same thing. The thing is, the knobs in the xD I believe are actual analog dials, whereas the ist are completely digital. With the parts it should be an easy swap though, surely

I'm trying to figure out what to do with the blank space.
