'grats on getting an RS 6.0 tC.
A few questions you need to answer...
Is your car going to be daily driven, any plans to go to a track, autocross??
What style wheel are you into?
Do you want to go with a wide wheel and streched tire OR a more fitted wheel and tire combo??
The big one is-What is your budget???
There's probably others I'm missing maybe others can chime in.

well it is my daily driver ... no plans on the track really. The expressway is my track. as far as style goes that why i posted im completely open to all suggestion due to the fact that i have no preference yet. its my sec car.. my first being a 2006 explorer, but buying rims for that was easy i just slapped a pair of chrome 20"s with a lip and called it a day however i find it much more difficult to pick a pair for this lol.

I'm having a hard time seeing anything other than the black TRD 18s that were on the show car. I'll keep thinking on it though.

I could see some black 5-spokes with blue accents on them here. Or if you don't want the blue in them, maybe some dark gunmetal or I saw some sweet ass rims last year at a show that are polished so they have like a rainbow effect. They were pretty badass...

I like my wheels with 10 spokes, and my drop is H&R Race springs... Its a stiff ride but it wasn't too bad on the baltimore-DC roadways when I lived there.
The rear is a tad sagging because of having my winter wheels and tires in the back of the car... Damn those Minnesota winters.
Go with what whatever you like, just use other cars as reference for an idea on how they look.

I think it all depends on the color since you have the rs6 i think almost any color will work but i agree black rims would look the best but have you thought of getting white rims?

The Konig Afterburner does NOT have a Titanium lip at all, it's heat treated to give off the look. They just ripped off the idea from RAYS and the Gram Light 57S Pro wheel. It's just an additional snap on Titanium lip for the Gram Lights wheel. A set of Konigs may equal the value of maybe 2 of the Gram Lights with the Ti lip.

There's a few tC's on BBS wheels. Most likely 17" RS(or LM???). Shinjitai on SL is running 17x11 on the rear on his making it the widest without going widebody(fender roll and pull, stretch tires and camber).

Checho and tcPete on SL also were riding on BBS wheels.

I know that some people like that style, but seriously.:badmood::banned:
I think it really does look like crap. :bootyshake: :fart::sorry:

I've been thinking of going with that style, but not nearly agressive as that and a different style wheel. The most fender work I'd allow is rolling, if I have to pull fender to get things fitted I'll pass on the wheel.

Im doing the exact oposite than that. Using the TRD 18" that came with my RS, current tire size is 225/40 and my next tires are going to be 235/35 maybe even 30's depends on what it looks like..

If I could fit a set of 16x8.5 I'd rock it. Having stock 17s really limits your options.
