Just put some straight pipes on the tC woo woo!!! Sounds great, not much power gain, but definitly sounds amazing. This only cost me $40 from a buddy of mine who has his own garage, as opposed to $250+!!! Sounds a little bit ricey up the high rpm range (4500-6000), but other than that it has a very low growl that I love. Ill soon probably post up a youtube or something, but yeah straight pipes = loud+cheap!!!

I would post up some pics but my cam isnt working, but for the most part, it is exactly the same looking. It still has the stock tip on it, which I wanted that way so it wouldnt look ricey, but its basically just straight pipe from where the midpipe connects. Sounds like a winner to me! Plus I only had to pay 40 smokes!!!

there is a guy in nor cal that has a glass pack mounted with reverse flow and a tip that fills the stock bumper hole a little better and it sounds pretty decent...haven't heard it at high rpm's though..

I've cruised with Ed, and it sounds awesome. At high-RPM's, it's not all that bad. Just a little ricey, but overall, nice setup.

Do you have an aftermarket header? I've been debating on getting my friend's straight midpipe.. Only problem is that his is catless and I'd have to swap mids with him :( I wanna hear how yours sounds cuz my car is loud enough with my current setup!
