Over the past several months I have noticed brown spots/specs on the back of my car getting bigger and bigger. Now I actually had a piece of paint on the spoiler flake off on my finger. I have one more free oil change coming up this week and I'm going to see what the dealer can do. Is their any certain term used for this kind of a problem?

Get them to repaint your ride. My xB rear hatch had a Under the paint defect it was this weird brown color and it looked like bird sh*t I took it in and they said it was a scuff I told them YOU CANT SCUFF THE UNDER SIDE OF THE PAINT. so they looked at it and 3 days later My xB hatch was repainted and It looks great.
AS long as you are still under warrenty

Mine did the same thing. It happens to almost every white car especially if you have brake discs in the back. You are going to need a clay bar and detailer liquid to get it out. Then rubbing compound and a really good wax. It shouldn't happen anymore after that. Just keep it waxed on a monthly basis and you should fine.
