for direct bulb replacements for all the little bulbs in the tC i like superbrightleds.com

not everyone may feel the same and i will admit that site is a PITA to navigate and understand how to purchase from/ ive more or less firgured it out though, if ordered and done group buys for the chapter from them a good few times now.

i used to like superbrightleds.com but ive bought from them a few times, not cause i wanted to, but cause i had to, they kept burnin out.

opened up their packages and noticed their shitty workmanship internaly, they are good prices and good selection, just BUY EXTRAS.

never had any problems like that, except for the headlight bulbs but it would be the same for any LED put into that location. mine usually last for a long time though 9+months, especially the 5led ones they got.

u got lucky, i tried the 5 cluster, and lately i tried the 9 cluster, which was bright as hell, and very hard to install, but ill try again i guess.

Stryker Trailwood

yea i bet the 9 cluster was bright as hell, would be too bright IMO

but seems hit or miss, a guy one our group buy back in june, one of his headlight bulbs is already out.

i always try to make sure that anyone wanting to get LEDs for that headlight location are aware that they may go out quick and if youve got a regular bulb option that you like then go for that instead.

right now my blue LEDs are going stong with 3 of the 5 leds that are in the bulbs, in fact the other day i had them on and the 2 dead diodes in each bulb was trying to flicker back to life, it was like a club party (constant blue AND a strobing blue at the same time) it was great

Mine would flicker like that too. I have HIDs too so they don't heat up as much as halogens. That's why my superbrightled parking lights lasted longer (9 months)

... Don't do it. It may be $600 for the kit, but you're gonna pay $2000+ for fitment and install and painting.

ANY body kit is a pain to fit and install and paint.. and costly.

Widebody kits are even worse.

Kaminari's the best kit cuz it's mostly fitted already. There's still some quirks as usual.
